Books, Books & More Books
On my way to the grocery store I decided to take a detour and stop by Borders. They had some good bargain books that are now owned by me. I usually go straight to Amazon to order since they are cheaper but a bargain is a bargain. Then I thought to myself hmm, wonder if Barnes & Noble has any good bargain books. The magazines don’t count! As if that wasn’t enough, I still shopped on Amazon too. In my defense, these books will help with article ideas and research so it *is* a business expense. That makes it okay, right? Right! I have a real true addiction to books, I need a 12 step program. But it’s not on my resolution list so I am safe!
Due to spending so much time book shopping, I was late getting back from grocery shopping which caused me to be late for my own BBQ and I had the food! But I am always late and I do mean always. I was 24 days late being born. Queen of excuses? Maybe, but add that to the Queen of Templates and the Queen of Procrastination and I do think I see a slight pattern…
The kids go back to school tomorrow which is a great thing, I have a TON of work to do. One project I am trying to get done early and the rest just need to get done.
