Do you suffer from the blogging blues? I know I do at times. Some days the posts just flow and other days it is much like having teeth pulled to come up with something I want or care to blog about. But that won’t pay the bills will it ;)
If you suffer from blogging blues, my good friend BJ has some great tips in her post Blogging Blues? 10 Tips for Dealing with Blogging Burnout. Go read it, it’s good.
PPP Love
There are a few reasons why I am fond of PayPerPost. On the top of the list is of course making money. I make my living online fulltime and you can never have too many streams of income.
My next reason for loving Pay Per Post is it’s easy to use. Once you sign up you can scan the opportunities for the ones that interest you and simply go post on your blog. It really doesn’t get any easier than that. I am all about things being easy and quick since I am a procrastinator with a million things to do between paid projects, my sites/blogs and family stuff.
Lastly I love that they pay through PayPal. I like being able to use my PayPal debit card to pay for domains and books and all that other fun stuff that I want need for business.
ReviewMe.com Review
At this point I think you might be living in a cave if you haven’t heard about ReviewMe. ReviewMe offers bloggers a chance to “Get paid to review services and Web sites that are of interest to their readers”.
I have watched with great interest over the PayPerPost debate. To date, I have done some dabbling with PPP and figured why not take ReviewMe for a spin as well. In a nutshell, I am online to make money and both companies do just that – offer bloggers an opportunity to make money online utilizing their blog.
I applied to ReviewMe tonight and to my surprise it was accepted immediately which was nice considering I am an *impatient* person. The payout is definitely higher in comparison to the PayPerPost model. For the time being I am going to use both spread out over a few different blogs. At the current time Learning Geek is the only blog I have been using for paid and/or sponsored posts due to relevancy.
If you are unsure how you feel about “pimping” your blog, which is essentially what you are doing, take it for a spin and feel it out. There are many reviews to help you get a glimpse of how it works before jumping in.

Adding & Organizing Feeds
I had such a bad headache last night I didn’t get much work done. Instead I spent time organizing my feeds and adding new ones to my feed reader. There are so many sites, articles, e-books and books that I have and want to read. Being procrastinating clutterbug is sometimes a drag ;) But I am working on it and making the time - talk about a challenge!
Do you have any feeds that you think are must reads? Feel free to share in the comments or email me. No spam please, just good solid sites that offer good information on marketing, writing, copywriting etc. Thanks!
